23 May Bellefields Weddings Launch Weekend
Bellefields Weddings Launch Weekend
We are still feeling immensely proud and humbled from our partnered launch weekend with Bellefields Weddings. Bellefields Farm is a brand new, and completely gorgeous event venue, where the views really are to die for. We would 100% recommend it as a wedding/event venue as it offers all the space you could ever need for any sized tipi structure. Not to mention the team’s hard work and dedication never goes amiss. Our team felt so at home chatting to everyone in the tipis surrounded by the idyllic British countryside. We were also lucky enough to have lovely weather for both days, which is always a plus!
It’s our pleasure to credit Icon studio and Graham Edwards for the photographs taken on both days – they are all amazing so thank you so much! Again, thanks to all of our suppliers who helped make this weekend as successful as it was.
The set up for the 13th-14th May included three giant tipis and a 6m catering tent, which differed from our previous open weekend, as we structured them in a line as opposed to a triangle. We also opened up the panels on the last tipi so to bring the outside in. This really allowed guests to get a feel for how open and spacious the tipis can be, and for how incredible it is to sit at our tables and become immersed in the beautiful nature.
We did a similar thing with our 6m catering tent, which was styled as a ceremony space for the duration of the event. One side of the tent was rolled up, which again allowed the outside world to enter into an area filled with love and new beginnings.
We also chose to have that final tipi styled as a dance floor area, complete with giant LED ‘love’ letters, a 16ft x 4ft stage, and our insta-worthy floral hoop.
Living Colour Designs worked their magic by producing the most stunning florals for all of our tables. Each seating arrangement had a different colour tone and theme, which offered a variety of styling ideas to suit different occasions. The 2017 trend of au natural décor was emulated throughout all of their work, with large quantities of florals and foliage. The uniquely rustic candelabras and organic centrepieces certainly inspired visitors with new ideas for the decoration of their own special events.
All of the beautiful crockery was provided by Whitehouse, and it was us who actually designed the settings for all tables. We can absolutely offer this to anyone who is struggling with current trends, or even having the time to design such details.
This was an open weekend to remember, and we hope that the photographs leave you all with new and exciting layout/theme ideas. If you happened to miss out on the event, and you want to gain more information about the venue or discuss your plans, then please get in touch. We are always super happy to offer our knowledge and give advice as often as possible.
Our very best wishes.
