We were delighted to have been able to support the 30 years of business for the team at Gladman, and to create the perfect party venue as they celebrate the past and look forward to the future… 

The triangular set up at this rustic-luxe bash included 3 giant tipis and one 8m kung tipi, linked together with our 6m catering tent. The company used the spaces to create different zones and atmospheres inside the tipis, and to give guests an abundance of room to dance, chat, and really enjoy the party.

One of the giant tipis held host to a dance area and stage, where people were non-stop boogying and singing all night! Another tipi was designed as a bar area, complete with our hand-crafted poseur tables and a bar containing all the booze you could ever need. To create a unique entrance and get outstanding first impressions, the clients chose to use one tipi as a reception area. Here, guests were met with the comfort and warmth of our fire pit, as well as a welcome drink to kick-start the party. Our fab 8m kung tipi was fully dressed as a chill-out area, so that people could kick back, relax, and indulge in the evenings entertainment.

Festival fun – complete with all the essentials (hay bales and wellies)!

By opening up 20m of the canopies, the clients were equipped to bring the outside in, and to gain a view of the canal running through the bottom of the field. This made for an amazing space to make new memories while watching the sun go down in the evening, before nipping to the bar to refuel before returning to the dance floor!

Guests were appropriately clad in wellies and rain coats, meaning that this party really celebrated the outdoor festival theme (most likely encouraged by the weather). To accentuate the carnival atmosphere, the clients hired a vintage ferris wheel as well as various outdoor activities from archery to crazy golf – who said business can’t be fun?
